We Guarantee Your Shelter for 5 Years

We stand by the quality of our bus shelters with a 5-year guarantee against being kicked in or burnt down, ensuring your community isn’t left without a vital piece of infrastructure. If the shelter is burnt down, we’ll replace the structure free of charge. This does not include installation costs and a valid crime reference number is required for claims. The guarantee doesn’t extend to incidents like vehicle strikes or natural disasters and also excludes cosmetic damage.

Not-So-Tough Glass Cover

Toughened glass is an upgrade available for any Littlethorpe shelter. It is designed to resist the impacts of everyday use and then some. That means it’s great for providing an extra layer of protection and peace of mind for bus stops in high-traffic or vulnerable areas. For added durability, the 15mm toughened glass option includes a 1-year breakage guarantee. If the glass breaks or is broken within the first year, we’ll either supply a replacement or refund the cost of replacement glass. (This doesn’t include installation costs.)
