5-Year Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our bus shelters with a 5-year guarantee against being kicked in or burnt down, ensuring your community isn’t left without a vital piece of infrastructure. If the shelter is burnt down, we’ll replace the structure free of charge. This does not include installation costs and a valid crime reference number is required for claims. The guarantee doesn’t extend to incidents like vehicle strikes or natural disasters and also excludes cosmetic damage.

1-Year Toughened Glass Cover

Toughened glass is designed to resist the impacts of everyday use, providing an extra layer of protection and peace of mind for bus stops in high-traffic or vulnerable areas. For added durability, our 15mm toughened glass option includes a 1-year breakage guarantee. This means that if the glass breaks or is broken within the first year, we’ll either supply a replacement or refund the cost of replacement glass. This does not include installation costs.
