Ashkirk Wooden Bus Shelter

Our Ashkirk shelter is an adaptation of our popular Eaton shelter, designed with enhanced visibility in mind. A vision panel on each end enables passengers, whether seated or standing, to see oncoming buses, as well as giving greater visibility into and out of the shelter from all directions. The glazed panels to the rear give the feeling of being able to “see through” the shelter, which is useful for road users and passers-by, as well as adding a sense of security for passengers.

The Ashkirk shelter comes with a bench seat along the rear wall as standard.

Similar to all Littlethorpe shelters, the Ashkirk bus shelter is highly adaptable. It can be modified in numerous ways to suit your specific requirements. Whether it’s adjusting the dimensions to fit a particular location, customising glazing and boarding options, or selecting alternative roof styles and materials, we offer a wide range of choices. This flexibility allows you to create a shelter that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings and meets the unique needs of your transit system.

Additional Information

All Littlethorpe shelters can also be fitted “in reverse”, meaning the rear wall is facing the road. This works particularly well in areas where there may be a section of grass between the pavement and the roadside.
