Our Guarantees

Extensive guarantees for a truly remarkable product

Littlethorpe are so confident in the robustness and build quality of their work that exceptional guarantees are offered; these guarantees give added protection and confidence to Littlethorpe customers.

Littlethorpe of Leicester guarantees that for a period of 5 years from the date of invoice; our shelters will not get burnt down or be kicked in.

Should damage occur, Littlethorpe will either repair the shelter or supply a new one free of charge. The new free shelter does not include transportation to site or re-installation.

Exclusions;

1)     Shelter being struck by a vehicle

2)     Graffiti attacks

3)     Glazing

4)    Theft of seating, lighting or other component parts.

Littlethorpe of Leicester guarantees that for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice; our heavy duty glass (fitted at extra cost) will not break.  Should the glass get broken, Littlethorpe will either replace the glass or refund the full cost of the glass (at our option).
